妳什麼時候會嫁給Chad? 啊啊啊。。。 什麼意思? 開始吧! 大家好。。。 大家好歡迎收看我的頻道,我叫Emi 我是Chad 今天我們終於要拍一個Q/A影片 這個頻道已經做了4個月 上個禮拜我在IG po了這張照片然後邀請你們在下面留你們要問我和Chad的問題 影片的片尾有更多Chad用娃娃音講話的畫面! 我的狗本來也在這裡 他對鏡頭很害羞! 好的,開始吧 Emi妳好,妳最喜歡自己的哪一個運動影片呢? 我最喜歡就是我的第一個影片,10分鐘練腹肌(這裡有連結) 妳可能已經知道我很喜歡練腹肌,之前每天都會練10分鐘 這樣並不是很好,因為腹肌需要休息與成長的時間 但這些運動我真的很喜歡,也做了一陣子 Emi妳好,妳平常會先運動再吃飯還是先吃飯再運動? 我平常吃飯的後面一個小時不會運動因為身體需要時間消化所吃的食物 先吃然後馬上運動對身體不太好 所以基本上我會先運動然後過一個小時吃東西 很多人問我關於飲食的問題,特別是我有沒有在算每天吃多少卡路里,或特別控制吃多少卡路里,要怎麼做等等? 答案是:我都不會算每天吃多少卡路里 之前我特別在控持食糧的時候也沒有算卡路里 對我來說算卡路里只會加很多生活的壓力 對我每天的飲食有興趣的朋友,其實我每一天的每一餐都會拍照然後放在我的IG 你們可以上去看看 現在我只是盡量吃健康一點,特別週一到週五 每一餐會努力平衡營養,有蛋白質,蔬菜,碳水化合物 週末或者放假時,我自由吃 因為我的口號就是 ‘為了吃而運動’ 所以我用這個方式讓自己有休息放鬆的時間 你如果定時在運動,偶爾吃你愛吃的東西是一個很好的獎勵 下一個問題:我為什麼吃幾天很健康的食物之後會突然很想要一直吃甜的東西?! 我覺得這應該是很正常 你不讓自己吃你愛的食物,只吃健康食物的時候,自然就會有想吃甜的東西的慾望,特別是還沒習慣吃健康的時候! 因此我覺得就像我週末會自由吃一樣,假日能有自由吃的時間很重要 然後禮拜一我重新開始吃健康食物 不要壓抑自己 這集真的太多可以講 要建立肌肉的話應該要吃多少蛋白質? 人應該按照身體的體重來算要吃多少蛋白質,體重的一公斤要吃一公克蛋白質 假設我的體重50公斤,我每天應該吃50公克的蛋白質 但是你如果常常運動然後特別想要健身,你可以吃體重每一公斤的1.5公克蛋白質 下個問題:應不應該吃運動前或運動後的補品或蛋白質? 我個人覺得不太需要,至少不要依賴這些東西 我之前不喜歡蛋白質補給品的口味 所以一直都沒有吃 其實,最近我又嘗試了一個新的,但是也不會依賴這個東西 如果你每天的飲食已經包括足夠的蛋白質你就不用另外吃補給品 對,另外一隻腳,不對 …
