Superb! Salt pork rice bowl with green onion. My daughter who dislike meat tries it….

Hi, nice to see you again.
It’s haru from Haru’sKitchen My six year-old daughter took up ballet. She is originally active but she really seems
to love to dance. Though the practice time is only 1 hour, she dances as hard as she can and is really hungry when she get home. As soon as she get hone, she scream “I need
dinner as soon as possible!” It’s adorable isn’t she?(haha). My daughter doesn’t eat that much, that
save me the trouble. Actually today is the practice day. And I’d like to cook a “salt pork rice bowl
with green onion.” This is a kind of adventure to me, because she doesn’t like meat that much(haha) In Japan, many children don’t eat meat when
they are little. I wonder that’s because it’s sometimes chewy
and hard to eat. But as they get old, they come to like meat. I think it’s a ripe time for her to give it
a try. I am not sure, she might not eat even a bite. But to give it a try is the important thing
and I want my dougher to be able to eat meat and to have a healthy body. Let’s begin! This is all you need. Cut pork into bite-size chunks. Mince the green onion. Shiro-dashi(White soy sause with soup stock). Sesami oil. Chicken stock powder. sugar. cooking saki. coarsely ground pepper. salt and pepper. sesami. garlic paste. lemon. lemon juice. Next I’m going to make Miso soup. It goes well with the pork bowl. Let me use instant stock powder to save time. Wakame (Japanese seaweed). Tofu. Miso. Sesami oil. Yeah, the special sause goes really well. Its sourness and saltyness are perfect. The meat is thin and so easy to eat that my
dougher will probably love this. And, the best accompaniment is Asahi Super
Dry. This is also one of the most famous beer in
Japan. No worry, she will never drink it (lol). I’ll take my time to have this and wait for
my daughter coming back. Uggh, I am really hungry!
I need some food! Today’s dinner is a delicious pork rice bowl! A pork rice bowl?
Is it yummy? I am sure it’s really tasty, give it a try! Okay, can I have this? Did you wash your hand and gargle? Yes! Yum yum yum…. How is it? It’s yummy!Yeah! Haha!Nice, have a lot! Yes! I’m glad that she liked it. She ate whole thing incluing meat. The salt sause is based on onion and I was
worrying about it, but she didn’t seem tonotice that! Actually, pork contains indispensable nutrition. Pork tends to be thought to have a lot of
fat and bad for health or dieting, but actually it is not. Pork contains rich nutrition which is good
for restoretion and beauty. It indispensable nutrition to live healthy
such as protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and so on. Protein is needed to make any kinds of organs
of body for example muscle, skin, nails and hair. Pork contains rich amino acid which consists of protein, and you can get EEA which your body cannnot generate. Fat plays a role of maintaining the health
and promotion of brain transmitting information,so you should take it well-balancedly. But the amount of fat differs depending on the parts,
if you are on a diet and don’t want to take fat, you can choose lean meat like tenderlion. Vitamins and minerals are contained richly
by meat. Pork contains a series of vitamin B including
vitamin B1, zinc, iron, potassium and so on. In brief, it’s perfectly nutritional! Okay, that’s it for today.I have to do the dishes. The table is incredibly dirty as if something
exploded (lol) It is a proof of vigor of my daughter. Lookig forward to seeing you again. Bye bye.
