Sugarfree Dry Fruit Laddu Recipe | High Protein Balls | Healthy Recipe (Hindi)

Hello everyone! I’m Aarti Madan and you’re welcome to my channel. As you know, I’m sharing one recipe daily this Diwali week I’ve shared several delicious recipes so far. This is that time when many people don’t feel guilty when indulging, but there are many other folks who are very watchful about their intake. This healthy ladoo recipe is just for them. These delicious ladoos don’t have any artificial sweeteners or jaggery. We’ll need almonds, dried figs, cashews, walnuts, deseeded dates, oats, ghee, and poppy seeds. We’ll begin with dry roasting oats on medium heat. I prefer oats because it’s filled with antioxidants, fiber, and helps in reducing cholesterol. It has several health benefits. We’ll roast it for 2-3 mins till it gets good colour. It’s done now. Next, we’ll dry roast poppy seeds. It’s optional and you can replace it with chia seeds. Roast it for 2-3 mins on low-medium heat till it changes in colour. This perfectly roasted. Turn off the heat now. In the same pan, add clarified butter. It’s very good for health, especially bones. In this, we’ll now add cashews, almonds, and walnuts. You can use any nuts of your choice. I like them because almonds are filled with nutrients, Vit C, and helps in reducing cholesterol. Walnuts are good for brain function and they have Omega-3 fatty acids. It also reduces risk of certain types of cancers. Cashews are a good stress-buster and are also good for your skin and eyes. I’m sure you’ll definitely use them now. You can see the colour has changed. They’ve also turned aromatic. In a food processor, add dried figs and seedless dates. Figs are filled with vitamins, potassium, and magnesium, and they also keep you full for long. Dates have antioxidants and are a natural source of sugar. We’ve blended them well now. Now we’ll add the rest of the roasted ingredients: oats, poppy seeds, and nuts. As I mentioned before, if you don’t have a food processor, you can use a mixer grinder. Grind them all. After grinding it for 2 mins, you can see that it is still a bit coarse. So we’ll need to grind for 1-2 mins more. This is perfectly ground now. Now transfer it to a bowl. Remove the blades first to avoid any cuts. The mixture is slightly warm right now and it has moisture in it. The mixture is binding well and is absolutely perfect. Now make small bite-sized balls from this mixture. Let me bring it closer. These looking perfect. Likewise, we’ll make all the ladoos. Do make them and share on Instagram using #AartiMadan Do follow me as well for tips and tricks, behind the scenes clips, and regular food updates. All the healthy dry fruit ladoos are ready now. I’ll break one and show you how soft and moist they are. You can make them anytime you want. These nutritious dry fruit ladoos are quick to make but you need to be mindful of few things. So let’s talk about some tips. So now, even healthfreaks can have ladoos this Diwali because it doesn’t have any preservatives or processed sugar.
