PROTEIN – What I Buy & When I Use It!


hey guys many of you have asked me what
I do in terms of protein so what I eat and drink when I eat and drink it so I just
figured I would run you through all the things that I buy as supplemental
protein keep in mind you should be getting the bulk of your daily protein
from Whole Foods from lean meats eggs Greek yogurt don’t use these as your
main source of protein these should just be supplemental so let me run it through so
first of these four main protein individually packaged shakes is a 30
grams of protein straight to the dome piece these are amazing on the go so I
buy these at Costco is $24.99 for this 18 pack they do go on sale occasionally
so when they do stock up but I buy these for on-the-go so when I didn’t have time
to make a shake I’ll just grab one when I’m running out the door and I need a
little snack I’ll grab one so on the go next is these pure protein bars so these
bars are individually wrapped and again I use these on the go the normally 18.99
at Costco they go on sale to about $13.99 occasionally so when you see it
stop up I usually buy like six boxes and keep them downstairs to have on the go
now these are good like when you haven’t had time for breakfast oh you’re going
to be on the road throw one in your bag when you’re gonna need a snack later
throw it in your bag and just have it there I travel with these I put them in
my suitcase to make sure that I have food because you don’t want to see me
when I’m hangry that’s a fact so next is this whey protein this is for my shake
so this is what I use like during a workout so I’ll do half during the
workout and then save half the later so this is 100% whey protein it’s vanilla flavored and I get this at Costco. and i do a scoop of that with this little mini scoop that comes with it of
BCAA and I do the orange flavor because you mix the vanilla with the orange
boom you’ve got a creamsicle I love creamsicles so this is super
delicious low sugar again I use it you want that burst of energy whey
protein gives that POW of energy so I do those together again during my workout
and immediately following I finish the shape
next up is this casein and I buy chocolate because I use this at night so I
do a shake at night because what casein is different from whey, whey like I told
you gives you that POW casein takes longer to break down so it
slows you know it’s like a slow digesting so it keeps you fuller longer
so this is great at night time before bed it keeps you full all night long you
don’t wake up ravaging or you’re going to a meeting you’re gonna be in an all
day morning meeting grab some casein protein it’s a
delicious shake it’ll keep you full longer you won’t be
snarling at your co-workers everybody will be happy so the last thing is this
ninja I love this thing so it comes with these individual two of these these

below for all these products so this is this is my orange creamsicle shake but
this is an individually packaged it goes in this little blender you throw this stuff
down and shake the water the ice you hear that that you click it you hit start
15 seconds boom no chocolate chunks in your mouth no way protein chunks in your
mouth cuz who wants that this little ninja grinds it up to a pulp and it is
amazing so I highly recommend this thing again the link will

for any specific meal or diet plan consult the doctor just showing you what
I do and what I enjoy that I will continue to eat and enjoy and get my
fill of protein so people keep moving get going
