Hey everyone! I was just about to workout on my abs And why not I share my abs workout with you guys Normally I train my abs at the gym twice a week Other than that If I want to get my abs in better shape and see every cell of my ab muscles during a contest prep I also include abs workout at home The exercises that I do at home, they’re different than the ones I do in the gym Okay, I am not taking so long on the intro this time Because I have set my mind to the workout and it was out of a sudden that I am recording this video, not planned. Let’s talk about the details of abs workout at the end of the video Let’s go for the workout now Yes, let’s take our place on the floor You can use a towel if you don’t have the Matt The first exercise is ” Half Sit-Up ” 25 Reps Right after that, do ” Leg Raises ” 25 Reps The next move is ” Quarter Sit-Ups” for 25 Reps We did all these 3 exercises without resting Now we deserve to rest a little while 🙂 15 Seconds of resting is enough to get back to ourselves Okay, now let’s start again with “Half Sit-Ups” Here we do Maximum Reps I could do 10 Reps only, If you can do more then your the best! And then again we do “Half Sit-Ups” again but this time we push our hands forward cause we need a little support, we are getting tired at this point:) Then again we go with “Leg Raises” Maximum Reps I could do 20 reps of this exercise And then again, I guess we derserve to rest again for 15 seconds Then for the last exercise as laying down Laying Alternating Leg Lifts 25 Reps Each An then Let’s get the f*k up We don’t have to lay on the floor anymore We’re done with the hard part Now We are gonna do some exercises standing up Now you are probably gonna ask, does this even work? Earlier we worked our abs muscles a lot and now that they are sore so anything we do now, we will feel the muscles at any point I did 40 reps for this exercise You should do Maximum Reps Let’s burn it all Let’s do one more set Again Maximum Reps We are done with this as well! Now we will do some exercises for obliques 15-20 Reps of this exercise for each leg and then wipe your sweat 🙂 try to reach your feet, maximum reps
