Jacked In 3 Training Program

Jacked In 3 Training Program

(slow rock music) – I’m Paul Carter and I have more than 30 years under
the bar slinging iron. As a guy that has spent a lot of years in competitive power lifting, I got tired of feeling achy, tired and beat up, mentally drained from consistently having to put more and
more weight on the bar. But I still wanted to have an efficient training method that combine all the modalities that I’ve worked with over the years into a single way of training that I could go into the gym three days a week and kick ass every day. It doesn’t matter how old you are. It doesn’t matter your
training experience. Doesn’t matter what equipment that you have. You want to be able to have high quality workouts that push you towards your goals in the least amount of time. So you can go into the gym kick ass and get jacked in three. Available only to Bodybuilding.com All Access members.

I wish he explained about it a little better

Still don't understand the point of having subscription work outs. Laying for a gym membership, your workout programs, your supplements, your apparel, is a bit overkill.

  • Muhammad Osama Sohail

Don’t think I like the idea of the plans now being accessible only after the payment for the subscription

  • Dippedinblackink

Lol @ having to subscribe for a training program. Gtfo.

The reason why I go to Bodybuilding(dot)com since last year: Because it's free.

    Now it's not.

Why would Bodybuilding limit itself by charging for workout plans when there are tonnes of other (albeit less popular) fitness sites that provide free workout plans? Just doesn't make any sense.

Not paying for a subscription to the programs. Plus, this looks predictable as to what it’s going to be anyway- push, pull, legs.

  • P1relliz

This is the FUCKING WACKEST shit ever, paying for plans. You guys use to be the best site , now ur just like the rest… GTFOH

Unsubbed not supporting a website that uses a paywall for workout program that are average. Get on Athlean X level of there programs before adding a paywall.

Paul is awesome and has been preaching about this stuff for years. He has outlined so many FREE PLANS on both T-Nation and his website lift-run-bang.com and here is an article by him https://www.t-nation.com/training/guaranteed-muscle-mass . There is a ton of stuff from him on both sites. I love Paul and his content but I would never spend the money for bodybuilding.com. Or another option is to buy Paul's E-book LRB 365 which gives you a plan to follow for the entire year and it only costs 10 dollars. I have it an its awesome.
