I think nutrition plays a key role in function and so it’s really important To have a balance of all of your macronutrients. And more importantly focus on natural foods, getting your protein intake and your carbohydrate intake from vegetables and fruits instead of processed foods like chips or pretzels and so I try to follow follow that idea of getting all of our nutrition from fruits, vegetables, nuts, and our proteins from fish and lean meats
