    I swear you can see the clean food choices the difference the definition and muscle in a vegan muscle builder versus a meat-eating muscle builder. Can seem to see a more peaceful face.I don't know if it's because so many others use drugs. Or the hormones in the meat really show!? Vegan bodybuilders even the ones that go very extreme as far as manipulating their body into not looking regular. People who are in competition for extreme muscles. Even vegan extreme bodybuilders still have a cleaner look on their skin and their faces. There's just something different about it. I'm not interested in bodybuilding myself other than keeping healthy. but I'm interested in the fact that people can prove that no matter what you do in life you can do it vegan and without hurting others to get what you're looking for.     4 ounces of tofu is about 113 grams. According to my tofu package it's about 11-13 grams of protein per 100g so 4 ounces would be about 15 grams of proetein. How are you getting to 30 grams?

    The more i think of it the more i feel that protein is a word thats been implemented in us, from the industry.
    I know ppl who are big in muscles and eat veeery irregular, and little protein and still maintain their body structure.
    A gorilla doesnt eat protein. Still…look at the body.
    Also, regarding carbohydrates…i am a soccer-coach for youth players and i told Them they must eat loads of carbohydrates or they wont last. On several occasions when we had early games, some players hadnt eaten anything at all, or very little….i thought they would be dead. On a number of occasions i was proven wrong. They had fantastic performances and lasted the entire 90 minutes. I have thought about this many times. How was that possible? I ve started to think more about minerals as everyth consists of this.
    I havent watched the whole clip, so i apologize if something is out of context.
    Anyways…just my thoughts.

    This actually seems way too low in calories for someone who is physically active and is male. Heck I would even eat more than that in portion size and I am completely the opposite demographic of him. That bowl looked to me to be only around 500-600 calories. That is nothing.

    i just cook the potatoes in the microwave at 900w: 5 min on one side, then i poke around them with fork, then 5 min on the other side, and they're ready ! at this point i just cut them open and eat inside, i dont peel them (and i dont eat the peel cuz it would require careful washing/scrubbing with salted water and still, it comes from contaminated/polluted soil)

    broccoli and greens are also a bit of a pain to wash cuz they are both covered in pesticides.. how do u guys wash them?

    Great that you don't use oil. I wonder if I could cook sweet potatoes in the small oven that sell separately in commercial stores that have a small space and are connected to the electric plug. Or does this recipe work also with normal potatoes? Thank You for your leading on vegan bodybuilder and vegan example in the media. EK
