Boil soyachunks for 5 mins.Once they are boiled drain out water properly. Remove petals of onion as shown and donot use bulb of onion. Remove petals of onion as shown and cut onion petals and capsicum in triangular shape. Prepare a mixture of 3tbsp cornflour , 3tbsp curd ,1tsp of ginger garlic paste and bit amount of spices (redchilly,salt). Put soya chunks in a mixture and let them merinate for 5-7 mins. Add minute amount of water to maintain its consistency it should not be much thick. fry soya chunks . After frying.Put 1 tsp oil in a pan and add onion,green chilly and let it light brown. Add capsicum ,1tsp of Ginger garlic pasteand cook it for few seconds then add 2tsp of soy sauce. Add red chilly sauce,Green chilly sauce, (as per taste ),1tbsp of tomato sauce and add bit amount of salt. Add 2tsp vinegar. Add soyachunks. Garnish with coriander if you have and serve hot.
