morning 5:00 a.m. right now so today’s plans gonna be a thousand right
challenge and we’re gonna do this for back beside that’s rear delts so we’re
gonna avoid our front delts are gonna kill it it’s gonna be a great workout in
a great day just in the middle of October and man let’s get this money so we’ve got our first exercise down we
did a hundred pull-ups in total so we’ve tried to switch up the grip for each
kind of pull up will force and chin up I’m now gonna do Penley rows and bend
over also the plan now is just warm up with this puts on way down I can do for
25 and if I can’t do it good enough for him for the first set I keep dropping
with the next set so everything that from now on still be 4 sets of 25 you mm mm rep challenge so there five
exercises for back this stuff we did five exercises for our delts outside
does some rear delts makes everything yeah everything was basically for set to
25 except first exercise we pull-ups so they’re multiple pull-ups multiple
grips things like that also a Hitler 100 that moved over to the corner that our
family roles bent over rows did our body weight inverted rows with our persistent
band Bros moving on to the down portion of the workout I decided that stuff so
we did it in different positions you know if our palms facing down palms
facing away from us and palms facing us that would this stuff before our rear
delts we leaned over and did basically the same thing and that would did every
