It’s already been 200 days since I started dieting. I go to the early morning exercise. I used to hate lower body exercises, but these days, lower body exercises are the best. I’m learning weight training these days, so I’m trying to learn how to exercise in an accurate position. It’s important to exercise without getting hurt. The treadmill ran. *^^* When arrive at the company, fill it with eggs with protein The moist yolk tastes good. Delivery arrives after work I bought chicken breast chips. I really want to eat snacks at work these days. But the trainer said the cookies are very fattening. ㅠㅠ It’s dried chicken breast. It’s crispy and looks like a cookie. About four dollars a piece. Diet foods are all too expensive But I can invest this much for myself 🙂 And when you gain weight, you need more money to lose weight. ^^;; I bought a frying pan to cook fried chicken breast. It’s so pretty. I’m going to diet cook here. And these days, I don’t really take a diet. So I bought a plate to get my mind together and work hard. ^^* Those who succeed in dieting eat on a plate like this. Then I’ll go cook dinner. I made Greek yogurt yesterday. Kimchi is my love I’ve arranged dinner on my new dinner plate. Very pretty ♥.♥ 100g of chicken breast, washed kimchi, Greek yogurt, cucumber The chicken breast is really bad, but it’s good to eat with washed kimchi I’m eating chicken breast like this these days. This white powder, ah…I suddenly don’t remember his name. Oh, Hamp Seed! Superfoods that are low in calories, rich in protein, and rich in nutrients. Going to the evening exercise (Exercise 2 on 1 day) Strength exercise hard I’m working hard on cardio Let’s go with 54kg. I bring cherry tomatoes, apples, bananas and go to morning exercise. Cafe Latte After Exercise Today was the day I had a personal trainning class. I did back exercises, I didn’t feel anything about my back muscles. That’s why I’m The trainer taught me how to do back exercises, but I didn’t understand his meaning ㅠㅠ I think back exercise is the most difficult. Weight training is harder the more I learn. Starting today, I will only do back exercises until my back gets stimulus There’s nothing I can’t keep practicing. !!^^* These are the processes that make me better. Chicken breast chips instead of snacks when working. I quit eating snacks these days! ^^ I went to the bookstore a few days ago and bought a book about weights. I was wondering what muscles are used to exercise. It’s good to know where the muscle stimuli are in weight training. I think it’s nice to see it in detail like this ^^*. I will study hard after watching this. ^^!! I can do it. Let’s cheer up together. *^^* I was lying in bed for about an hour after work. I don’t know why I’m so tired when I come home. ㅠㅠ But lying down a little bit gives me a lot of energy. ^^* For dinner, I ate two eggs, two the white of egg, strawberries, and sweet potatoes. Let’s go to 2 exercise a day today! But I don’t do two exercises every day. To be honest, I went every day in the first week. But doing so, I lost a lot of energy. So these days, I go twice or three times a week. ^^ I came to exercise. 🙂 It’s important to try any moves! I believe in myself. It’s been a really long time since I bought clothes. When I was fat, I didn’t fit into the clothes I sold at the mall. ㅠㅠ So I bought it at a size 66 mall. But this time, I lost weight, so I bought it from a normal shopping mall. I bought the clothes because this picture was so pretty It feels different from the model.ㅠㅠ Lower body fat is sad. Compared to my upper body, my lower body is fat. Please, I want to be a model fit when I wear jeans I’m gonna do a lot of hip exercises. I’m wearing a skirt. The skirts sold at the normal shopping mall come in small sizes. but This one fits me perfectly. ^^!!! It’s rather loose. ^^ Wow. I guess I’m losing a lot of weight. (Impressed) I want to work out harder and have a nice body. I wanted to eat jjolmyeon and bibim-guksu a few days ago. But it is high in calories. But Low Devil’s-tongue jelly calories are good for dieting. *^^* And dumplings This dumpling is popular in Korea these days. It has to be cooked in the oven because it is high in calories when fried in oil. Dinner is complete I should have put eggs in here, but I ate all the eggs. 🙁 Dumpling complete ♥.♥ I’m so excited. Yikes! Wow, it’s really good. It tastes like real jjolmyeon.! You should really try it. The meat dumpling is also very delicious. I’m going to eat again soon. I ate a lot and went hiking. There’s no better sport than mountain climbing. Looking at nature, healing, exercising.

    저는 피티 50회이상 받으니 등 후면 자극이 이거구나 싶더라구요. 렛풀다운이야 광배옆쪽?자극이 오지만..등 후면은 자극받기 힘들었거든요. 저도 스트레스 많이받았거든요 ㅋㅋ등운동하면.승모근이나 팔만아파가지고…근데 계속 등운동 해봐야해요. 늘 구부정하게있으니 등근육을 쓸일이 없다보니 너무 근육이 작기도하고 쓰는방법을 몰라서 그러는것같더라구요. 저는 이젠 혼자운동해도 등 자극이와요.

    아용님~~ 저도 헬린이지만 도움될까싶어 댓글남겨용 저도 피티오래했는데 등근육은 원래 처음엔 느낌안오고 최소3개월은 꾸준히해야되요 돈낭비한거 절대아니구요❤️❤️ 그과정이없으면 영원히 등근육이 안생기는걸요 그리고 힙은 브릿지로는 한계가 있어요 엉덩이 조져버리는 운동을 하세요 저도 힙만을 위한 운동을하니 엉덩이3배정도 커졌어요 브릿지는 그닥효과없어요
