hey guys today’s video is a leg workout its not like the other video with the fitness model this is an actual workout theres not acting youssef is gonna film mostly my heavy sets im gonna mention how many sets are in each exercise we’re first gonna do hack squats with this machine getting the leg from the inside, with a wide stance then go do leg extensions getting the tear drop then back to this machine again, hitting the quads from the outside sweep then back to the leg extension and hitting the quads from the top front but first we’ll use the leg extension for the tear drop getting a tear drop bigger is very good for shows, as it gives the waw factor added especially when its thick then after that we’ll move to hamstrings So im gonna do this first exercise, first set now ill warm up a few sets, then do 2 heavy sets and im also super setting the machine squats with seated calve raises get it tank! get it get it get it lets go lets go get it champ! beast get it thats it awesome set! this is the second exercise but single leg extensions you can still do each leg with the basic machine what im gonna do notice ill twist my foot my foot will point outwards so i can get the tear drop this area here the more you move your foot like that the more you get the outside the more you do it like that you get the inside so with the squat we did wide stance so we can hit the inner part of the leg now we move to the tear drop then after that we do the squat again but hitting the sweep then back here, but positioning out foot straight to get the front portion of the quad the first set with extensions i always do about 20 reps to warm my knees before doing heavier weight and lower reps okay now we’re done with the tear drop, and onto the squats again we’re gonna keep out feet close third exercise, but close stance, i want you to position your feet close like that the close the are, the more you hit your outer quad that sweep that everyone looks for usually the sweep shape is genetic i dont consider myself having it much I feel my legs look more like shawn ray’s with a straight cut but there are some people who are very lucky that have a shape like coleman with that huge sweep and the best way to develop that sweep either free weight, or the machine, i use the machine because of my fractured spine so keep your legs close like that you hit this area of the leg this is a better angle to show what im talking about this is the 4th exercise, to finish off the quads notice now ill point my foot forward not like that youll see it straight because i want to get that area specifically on to the next! 5th exercise the inner part of the whole leg that closer to the hamstrings though this will develop this area right here that you can see in this picture here right there of course when you do this exercise the first time be very careful because you can injure yourself, since the groin area is sensitive and you sometimes have to do some adjustments gotta adjust i only did 2 sets easy, 2 sets because i maxed at the second one anything more with the same weight is basically useless cuz you’re a tank ! i’m a dragon, son Sorry guys i didn’t talk much, im just sorta waking up now youssef had a bad day today he’s sad and in a bad mood and he wants to dump it on me today, eventhough this is the second time we film this exact same workout, 2 days apart! because this idiot here lost the memory card i lost the memory card, i lost it and im the one who should be upset, not him today’s he’s all emotional like – Durrah leave me alone, not now, not now! I told him im sorry, i lost it, what you want me to do? i lost it! he screams on the phone – what do you mean!? how do you lose it!? Durrah i lost it, it fell from my pocket, the hell do you want me to do?! we had to repeat the same workout! he didnt talk to me for 2 days 2 days, no answering texts, or calls the problem issss… that when you lost and i was like, lost it where? he answers so calmly “meh, i dunno, it fell somewhere” i was upset too! he said it might be at the coffee shop so i said, okay well go look! then he goes Nahhh weather sucks.. ill go tomorrow thats only 50% true get it get it this is the last exercise guys we’re done with the leg workout This is one of my actual leg workouts for contest prep every set that i did i know people are gonna ask how many sets the first exercise i did around 6 sets cuz i kept increase 1 plate each set so i dont hurt my knees then after that most exercise were 3 sets like we said before, 1 warm up 1 heavy and 1 all out failure destroying the muscle then you move on to the next ill see you in the next video ill film a chest workout we’re still in the 8 week growth phase but before the chest workout im gonna film a whole day worth of my meals all meals 1 through 6 and maybe a 7th if i woke up early enough please SUBSCRIBE! and ill see you next time!
